Eight weeks from wanting to having built.
Two sessions a week for eight weeks. You leave with a venture that exists and the proof that you built it.
Two tracks. One is you.
Venture Sessions work on the output. Founder Sessions work on the input. You need both to build something you can stand behind.
Venture Sessions
Monday is about the venture. You take a problem to a working thing with users, then to the systems, brand, and money that keep it alive.
Founder Sessions
Saturday is about you. Discussion, exercises, cases, and reflection on the judgment, discipline, and self-knowledge that building asks for.
Find a problem. Build the answer. Show it.
Two weeks to find a problem you care about and check that other people have it. Five weeks of building, with your work in front of users every week and a mentor from week three. Then you show it.
- Early October Launch Cafe You meet the cohort and the facilitators before anyone teaches you anything.
- Weeks 1 and 2 Problem You pick a problem from your own life and go find out whether other people have it.
- Weeks 3 to 7 Build You ship, put it in front of users every week, and meet your mentor once you know what to ask.
- Early December Demo Day You show what you built and who uses it, to the people who can help you keep going.
AI gives one founder more leverage than ever.
AI gives one founder more leverage than ever before. You use it to research, build, test, and operate faster, and you stay responsible for the judgment behind every decision. Making a lot happen with what is in front of you is the whole job.
Someone who has done it picks up when you call.
Every founder in the cohort gets one. A Babson founder a few years ahead of you who is still building, so when you hit something you have never seen, you can ask someone who has.
Meet them →If it would help, ask.
Funding, tools, and introductions come from what your work needs, not from a fixed package. If something would move your venture, ask for it.
