Privacy

What we collect

This site collects nothing on its own. There are no analytics, ad trackers, or cookies set by us. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs such as IP address and request time for security and uptime.

When you apply, the application form is a Microsoft Form owned by Babson College. It collects what you type and the video you upload: your name, Babson email, class year, and your answers.

Why

To read your application, to decide who joins the cohort, and to run the program for the founders who do. That is the only use.

Who sees it

The Ignite facilitators and, for founders who join, the mentor you are matched with. Applications are stored in Babson's Microsoft 365 tenant and are subject to Babson College's own data policies. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long

Applications for a cohort are kept through that cohort's program and deleted within a year after Demo Day, unless you join the cohort, in which case your record stays with the program.

Your choices

Ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to any facilitator. Babson College's own privacy notice also applies to the form.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version at https://ignitebabson.com/privacy is the one that applies.
